🚀 Two weeks in New York City: Enriching and Inspiring Experiences in Electrophysiology 🗽

🐱‍🏍A highlight of this work trip was Dr Amraoui’s meeting with Dean Robert Harrington at Weill Cornell University, where they had an insightful discussion on ongoing and future collaborations between Cornell Medicine and the American Hospital of Paris.

👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ They explored the key factors behind the success of the "Academic Series by the American Hospital of Paris", a major milestone in advancing cutting-edge electrophysiology and complex ablation techniques.

🎓Through fellow training in electrophysiology, they exchanged valuable expertise, further enriching the education of both fellows and medical students. Their discussions during EP rounds also focused on therapeutic strategies, accessibility to novel catheter evaluations, and innovative approaches to managing complex arrhythmias.

💡 A key topic was the optimization of patient care pathways, ensuring better efficiency, accessibility, and outcomes in electrophysiology treatments. They also reflected on economic models in healthcare, addressing how innovation and collaboration can drive more sustainable and effective healthcare solutions.

🙌They also laid the groundwork for bi-centric research initiatives, fostering deeper connections between the institutions. A particularly inspiring moment was her integration into the Women’s Heart Program, emphasizing the importance of prevention and information/communication to the patients with heart diseases.

💓Excited for the next steps as we continue to push the boundaries of cardiac care and electrophysiology through international collaboration.
