Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation on an outpatient basis

Thanks to technological advancements and optimal safety conditions, catheter ablation of arrhythmia can now be performed on an outpatient basis. 


Indeed, when medical conditions and the patient's environment allow, certain complex arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation, can be treated through a percutaneous outpatient intervention, thus reducing hospitalization time and enabling a quicker return to personal and professional activities.


The patient can go home on the day of the procedure after a post-operative monitoring period within a well-defined management protocol.
