Our emotional states can influence the beats of our heart, creating a synchronization between the emotions felt and the electrical impulses that orchestrate our heart rate.

Cardiac coherence is a relaxation method that involves harmonizing heartbeats with breathing, thereby promoting a regular heart rate. This practice aims to establish a balance between the sympathetic nervous system (related to stress and excitement) and the parasympathetic nervous system (associated with relaxation and recovery).


To practice it, follow the "365" principle: 3 sessions per day, 6 breaths per minute, for 5 minutes each. Inhale for 5 seconds, then exhale for 5 seconds.
