This Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of personal data (hereinafter "Personal Data") of users (hereinafter "Users") on the website of Dr. Sana AMRAOUI (https://rythmologue.com/), by the company Sana AMRAOUI (hereinafter "Dr. Sana AMRAOUI") headquartered at 71 Boulevard Victor HUGO 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Dr. Sana AMRAOUI ensures a high level of protection of the Personal Data of the Users of the rythmologue.com website in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Dr. Sana AMRAOUI undertakes to comply with the legislation and regulations regarding the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act and Ordinance No. 2018-1125 of December 12, 2018 on the protection of personal data amending Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms and various provisions on the protection of personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to any use of the rythmologue.com website and its various services and features.

When collecting these Personal Data, Sana AMRAOUI informs the User of the mandatory or optional nature of the requested Personal Data, the intended use, and the consequences of not providing the information.

 

IV. PURPOSES

The Personal Data provided by the User to the Sana AMRAOUI site is subject to computer processing and is stored and used by the company for the following purposes only:

  • Allow sharing, viewing, and use of the data provided by the User, including Personal Data;

V. LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

VI. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The User has the right to be informed, to access, to object, to rectify, to erase and delete all or part of the Personal Data concerning them, and to restrict processing and data portability.

The User can access their account at any time to modify or delete the information and data concerning them.

They may exercise their rights by writing to the email address contact@dramraoui.com or to Dr. Sana AMRAOUI at the above-mentioned postal address.

A request by post must be made by the User personally and in writing, signed, and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the signature of its holder. This information will only be communicated for the purpose of identifying the User and will not be retained for longer than necessary to process the response. The request will specify the email or postal address to which any response should be sent.

Sana AMRAOUI company will have one month to respond from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months in case of complexity or a high number of requests.

The User is informed that exercising their rights does not affect the validity of the processing operations carried out previously, nor the right of Sana AMRAOUI to archive certain of the Personal Data concerned, in accordance with the principles set out above.

The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authorities, in particular with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

 

VII. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Sana AMRAOUI will only retain the Personal Data of the User for a limited period, determined according to the nature of the data in question and the processing concerned.

The Personal Data provided by the User in the context of using the site are kept as long as the User is active. Beyond that, the Personal Data will be archived for a period of one month.

Certain messages or solicitations received may come from malicious individuals seeking to obtain the User's personal information for fraudulent use (phishing practice). If the User receives a message that appears to be a phishing attempt, they are invited not to respond to it and not to open the attachments, images, or links contained in the message.

 

IX. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Sana AMRAOUI company may transfer Personal Data outside the European Union as necessary for the operation of its site and regulates these transfers through appropriate safeguards, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
